When I first reached out to Dino, I was skeptical because I knew nothing about Diamond Mansion and I live in Cleveland! Dino and Diamond Mansion were a long way away! After I laid the groundwork for my feelings regarding making such a huge purchase online, Dino was quick to comfort me. He explained the process in a relaxing and understandable manner. He was always extremely patient and he was willing to LISTEN to everything I said. So much so, that when I changed my ring idea, over and over and over again, he never came across pushy or annoyed once. I even had him MAKE a ring... I looked at it, knew it wasn't what I wanted (my fault) and when I went back to Dino, he changed the center stone, the setting and made everything perfect. My grandmother had given her ring to me when I first was married at 18.
