I purchased diamond the center stone for my fiance's engagement ring setting from Diamond Mansion and I couldn't be happier with the quality of the stone, or the level of customer service I received from Dino. The stone I ordered was exactly as advertised and is absolutely STUNNING! Upon receipt, I had it appraised by a local jeweler and it was valued at ~$1,200 above the purchase price. Dino was great with his communication, keeping me updated on the status of the ring shipment and even working with me on the timing of the shipment to ensure I would be home from vacation to accept the delivery. You may shop with confidence at Diamond Mansion! Highly recommended.Read More

I was very nervous to make a purchase of this amount online. After months of research I chose the Diamond Mansion. I did so because of their fantastic reviews, BBB rating, GIA certified stones and price.I had many questions about the ring and the process. All of them were answered patiently and perfectly by Dino. I had specific qualities I was looking for in a stone. Dino went out and found exactly what I wanted and created the engagement ring. The entire process from ordering the stone to delivery to my door step took 6 business days. The ring is gorgeous. The fire is unreal and it literally lights up a room. When it comes time I will be getting the matching wedding band from the Diamond Mansion as well.If you have any concerns call and speak to Dino. He will put them all to rest.Read More

I came to find Diamond Mansion online after searching local jewellers in Calgary, AB, both in-store and on their websites, and was pretty dismayed at the cost of diamonds / engagement rings locally. I started looking at other sites like James Allen and Blue Nile, and came across Diamond Mansion through their listings on ebay. The prices for the rings shown were pretty reasonable and I felt like I wouldn't be paying for a company's brand or heavy advertising (hello Spence Diamonds). The only drawbacks that gave me some hesitation were buying internationally from a vendor selling on ebay, and generally only seeing rings in a CGI format before having them physically build something for you. Having said that, the staff (Dino, in particular) were still very helpful with questions / concerns and made the process pretty easy. Also having a GIA grading for the centre stone was a plus. At the end of the day, the ring turned out fantastic, I've got a fiancé that loves it, and a local jeweller confirmed the ring's worth and stone characteristics. Combine that with the fact that I paid significantly less than what I would have if I bought locally, and it's a no brainer. Telling your gf that you bought her bling in L.A. doesn't hurt either. I'd definitely recommend Diamond Mansion for anyone in a similar position.Read More

It was a pleasure to do business with Diamond Mansion. I am absolutely in LOVE with the custom ring Dino and his team created for me!!! It is truly a showstopper! Stunning!!! We had never purchased jewelry like this online, sight unseen. As a matter of fact, we have a local jeweler (who we adore and trust) that we have purchased from for the last 15+ years. However, we came across Diamond Mansion through social media and decided to give them a try. The value, quality, service and excellent communication are nothing short of incredible!! The fact that there wasn’t a single negative review to be found anywhere coupled with their 30 day return policy was all we needed to take a chance on a new jeweler. Let me tell you, YOU WILL BE SO HAPPY YOU CHOSE DIAMOND MANSION!!!! True pros from start to finish! They are now our go to jewelers! THE BEST!!!!! Thank you Dino!!!Read More

Great experience from beginning to end. Dino helped me with selecting a great diamond in my price range and advised me on the setting. 10/10 recommendRead More

I had a great experience ordering from diamond mansion. We aren’t local and needed to ship my ring to be reset in a brand new setting. I was a bit nervous about shipping my engagement ring across the country but Dino was very attentive, professional and insured both there and back. Shipping labels and insurance were provided, the transaction was smooth and they delivered the finished product when they said they would. The ring is gorgeous and I couldn’t be happier. Highly recommend Dino and the team at diamond mansion.Read More

My fiancé bought my engagement ring and wedding band separately from Dino from diamond mansion. We initially found them from eBay and I’m so glad we did. The price we paid for both rings was a fraction of what we would’ve paid at our local fancy jewelers. We went in to our local jewelers after getting our engagement ring and they appraised it for 2.5x how much we paid for it. I’ve been in 2 more times to get it cleaned and the staff there have asked each time if I bought it from there after saying it’s very beautiful and shiny. My ring has a cushion cut center diamond that is GIA certified and that was also confirmed when I took it in to the jewelers. Dino answered so many questions for us over the span of at least 6 months and was very knowledgeable. He worked within my budget to get what I wanted and I’m very happy. Very trustworthy business I’d buy again.Read More

Could not of asked for a better experience. Dino was there every step of the way and gave me the comfort and confidence needed as a first time jewelry buyer.Being unable to see the product in person due to deployment, I was blown away by the top tier quality and customer service received. I’d recommend to anyone and everyone!Read More

Thank you so much for making my ring a reality! I came across this store online and loved there ring collection so thought to go check them out. You see what happened was that my fiancee surprised me with a beautiful ring, but unfortunately it was too big on my finger. The design was such that if it was sized it would jeopardize the placement of the stones. I was extremely upset since the jeweler he purchased it from would not work with us. When I made an appt. with Omid and came in to explain what had happened he totally worked with us each step of the way. His jewelers made me the exact ring I wanted from scratch. He communicated with me to give me updates each step of the way while my ring was being created. He even gave me a small gift as the ring due to its detailed design took longer to create then expected (perfection takes time so I understood completely) . Omid is awesome and I recommend them to anyone shopping for a ring. I continue to get so many compliments on this beautiful piece ! I will be referring you guys for years to come, keep up the great work and keep making people smile : )Read More

My engagement ring came from Diamond mansion. The design was exactly what I wanted, but a few months later one of the side diamonds came out. The way that they handled this crisis for me made the experience no trouble at all; in fact made the overall experience exceptional. As a bride, I was distraught over not having my ring while it got repaired, but the level of service and communication about every step of the process was amazing. My ring is stunning!Read More

Dino and Debbie were absolutely outstanding from start to finish of the purchase of my wife's eternity wedding band. I had several questions and customizations to the ring that were accommodated to a T. With only a month to customize the ring and ship across the country before the wedding, I was worried that it would not make it to me in ample time. I could not have asked for a better process. Each question was answered in a prompt manner with corresponding time frames of production and shipping. My wife absolutely loves her ring and it looks 10x better than what we could have imagined. Keep up the tremendous work. I will definitely be making future purchases from this company.Read More

I was referred to Dino at Diamond Mansion from a good friend of mine. They were absolutely satisfied with their rings and process. After reaching out to Dino, we quickly got started. He walked me through the process, informed me more about the diamonds and options available, and we got started. I'm happy to say I received my ring right in time for my scheduled proposal date. I stumbled upon Dino’s site when looking for an emerald cut diamond eternity band ring. I reached out to Dino via email as I wanted to inquire about customizing a ring I saw on his site. Dino was an absolute pleasure to work with. I was very clear about what type of diamonds I wanted used in my ring and Dino assured me he would get only the best of the best. He even located all GIA certified diamonds as that was another request of mine. He completed the ring and had it shipped out to me to the exact day that he had told me it would take to get the ring done. To say I am happy with this ring would be an understatement. Dino is a man of integrity and honesty and I will absolutely be back to purchase more jewelry from him in the future. His pricing is very fare. I assure you that you are in the best of hands at Diamond Mansion.Read More
