My engagement ring came from Diamond mansion. The design was exactly what I wanted, but a few months later one of the side diamonds came out. The way that they handled this crisis for me made the experience no trouble at all; in fact made the overall experience exceptional. As a bride, I was distraught over not having my ring while it got repaired, but the level of service and communication about every step of the process was amazing. My ring is stunning!Read More

My hubby and I are in the market for a wedding anniversary gift and what better way to celebrate with an anniversary ring. We have been shopping around and looking at unique designs. One evening, I was browsing online and came across Diamond Mansion's website. I was browsing their website and saw a ring design that really caught my eye, so I decided to message them. Realizing it was already late and after operating hours, I did not expect to receive a reply until the next day. Dino replied to me the same evening and the communication we have had has been wonderful. Dino is great and is amazing to work with, he is very patient and so understanding. I felt bad for asking so many questions, but at the end of the day Dino made me feel comfortable and helped me understand that creating a special piece takes a lot of back-and-forth communication. Dino, thank you so much for your patience and time you have provided thus far. I am excited to see what Dino and his team has in store for me as we continue to collaborate with each other in creating that special piece. I highly recommend reaching out to Diamond Mansion and working with their team. Dino and the Diamond Mansion team is wonderful to work with and they will take care of you as you will be in great hands! I am beyond grateful to have connected with Dino and the Diamond Mansion team.Read More

Thank you so much for making my ring a reality! I came across this store online and loved there ring collection so thought to go check them out. You see what happened was that my fiancee surprised me with a beautiful ring, but unfortunately it was too big on my finger. The design was such that if it was sized it would jeopardize the placement of the stones. I was extremely upset since the jeweler he purchased it from would not work with us. When I made an appt. with Omid and came in to explain what had happened he totally worked with us each step of the way. His jewelers made me the exact ring I wanted from scratch. He communicated with me to give me updates each step of the way while my ring was being created. He even gave me a small gift as the ring due to its detailed design took longer to create then expected (perfection takes time so I understood completely) . Omid is awesome and I recommend them to anyone shopping for a ring. I continue to get so many compliments on this beautiful piece ! I will be referring you guys for years to come, keep up the great work and keep making people smile : )Read More

I am absolutely in LOVE with the custom ring Dino and his team created for me!!! It is truly a showstopper! Stunning!!! We had never purchased jewelry like this online, sight unseen. As a matter of fact, we have a local jeweler (who we adore and trust) that we have purchased from for the last 15+ years. However, we came across Diamond Mansion through social media and decided to give them a try. The value, quality, service and excellent communication are nothing short of incredible!! The fact that there wasn’t a single negative review to be found anywhere coupled with their 30 day return policy was all we needed to take a chance on a new jeweler. Let me tell you, YOU WILL BE SO HAPPY YOU CHOSE DIAMOND MANSION!!!! True pros from start to finish! They are now our go to jewelers! THE BEST!!!!! Thank you Dino!!!Read More

Growing up as someone who was always told to use the family jeweler - I can honestly and safely say, I have found MY new family jeweler in Dino at Diamond Mansion. Beginning the engagement ring shopping process is definitely one of the more intense things I've ever done. Between learning about the 4 C's, to pricing and deciphering which jewelers you can trust, there is a lot that goes into the process. When I first reached out to Dino, I was skeptical because I knew nothing about Diamond Mansion and I live in Cleveland! Dino and Diamond Mansion were a long way away! After I laid the groundwork for my feelings regarding making such a huge purchase online, Dino was quick to comfort me. He explained the process in a relaxing and understandable manner. He was always extremely patient and he was willing to LISTEN to everything I said. So much so, that when I changed my ring idea, over and over and over again, he never came across pushy or annoyed once. I even had him MAKE a ring... I looked at it, knew it wasn't what I wanted (my fault) and when I went back to Dino, he changed the center stone, the setting and made everything perfect. Long story short, he made the experience flawless!Obviously it helped that my now fiance LOVES the ring and that people compliment her everywhere she goes, but it came down to Dino and Diamond Mansion to make it happen. So a big thank you goes out to them for making it a successful start to my new family!Read More

I was very nervous to make a purchase of this amount online. After months of research I chose the Diamond Mansion. I did so because of their fantastic reviews, BBB rating, GIA certified stones and price.I had many questions about the ring and the process. All of them were answered patiently and perfectly by Dino. I had specific qualities I was looking for in a stone. Dino went out and found exactly what I wanted and created the engagement ring. The entire process from ordering the stone to delivery to my door step took 6 business days. The ring is gorgeous. The fire is unreal and it literally lights up a room. When it comes time I will be getting the matching wedding band from the Diamond Mansion as well.If you have any concerns call and speak to Dino. He will put them all to rest.Read More

I purchased a halo diamond ring from diamond mansion and I could not be happier. The ring is stunning and when I had it professionally appraised, it appraised for 2 1/2 times more than I paid for it. Diamond Mansion custom-made a beautiful engagement ring for me at a great price and on a short notice. They did a great job interpreting my design ideas to make a beautiful setting. Dino and the team at Diamond Mansion put together the perfect engagement ring. The whole process was low pressure and very easy. They knew exactly what I was trying to do, and they executed it perfectly. If I had known the whole process could be this easy, I would have come into it with much less apprehension. My fiance looked at the ring and thought it was a joke...it was "too perfect." I think that's the best review I could leave. Highly recommended.Read More

Having recently moved to the West Coast from Pennsylvania, I was at a loss as to where I should turn for quality, handcrafted diamond jewelry. All of my diamond purchases had been transacted in person in the Diamond District in NYC down on 47th Street and in the World Diamond Tower at 580 5th Avenue. I had always gotten exactly what I wanted and had negotiated a fair price each time. When my wife and I moved to Las Vegas I was shocked at the prices and inflexibility of the merchants, with my experience in purchasing diamonds there was no way I was going to buy anything here. After many hours of research I decided to give Diamond Mansion a try. Their reputation, craftsmanship, professionalism, and 30 day satisfaction guarantee persuaded me to place a custom order online (yes - online!). Not only did Dino handle my requests personally, he delivered a stunning piece exactly as specified within a very tight timeframe. They have won my business for life.Read More

Like most people making the most important decision of their lives, I was very hesitant to make a purchase of this magnitude online, never having met the seller, never having seen the diamond and like every review I read Dino did not disappoint! From the very first conversation I put him through the ringer with all of my questions about the exact diamond I wanted. He went and found what he thought I might like (I didn't), then he went back and searched again and again until he found the perfect diamond. He was always a great communicator throughout the entire process. Fast forward.... I got the ring, and was ready to finish the deal but it didn't fit to my Fiance's satisfaction. Dino happily took it back and had it remade and returned to my Fiance within a week (remaking the ring mind you, because they don't resize) . I can't say how happy we are. I will definitely be back!!!Read More

I approached the company after seeing one of their rings online. I was looking for a very specific design and saw they had made a couple of them on their YouTube page. I called and was connected with Dino, who helped me with the details and gave me tips on getting my partner’s ring size. I was able to visit their office in person and check out some of their samples to get a better idea of what I was buying. Dino and the staff were very helpful, and I got to see multiple ring samples and diamonds. I brought my own stone, and the team was incredibly flexible. They conduct trustworthy business and delivered on time. Everyone I interacted with treated me with respect and helped make my dream a reality.Diamond Mansion is not the cheapest option, but all their rings are made in the US, while others outsource overseas. From my experience, the excellent customer service, attention to detail, and lifetime maintenance make the premium worth it. I had a few follow-up requests, and they were able to accommodate them without any issues or additional charges. In the end, I got a great ring at a fair price with excellent service from start to finish. After searching Yelp for a place to buy an engagement ring I saw all the great reviews of Diamond Mansion. As I live in DTLA there are literally hundreds, if not thousands, of places to choose from. I contacted Dino and we spent almost 2 months searching for the exact stone I wanted. I picked out a beautiful designer setting and they took care of the rest. I can't express how professional both Omit and Dino have been throughout the entire process and my wife is ecstatic about her ring! Dino has excellent follow up and took great care in helping me find exactly what I wanted for her ring and sent me numerous ideas and choices. My fiance (now my wife) also bought MY wedding band from them. These guys are exactly who you want to deal with when you are spending a good amount on a ring that is so special and you want truly personalized service. I recommend Dino at Diamond Mansion highly and will continue to give them my business in the future. I chose the price range of "pricey" only because this was not an inexpensive purchase and would say they will fit your budget no matter how great or small. They're the Best!Read More

I came to find Diamond Mansion online after searching local jewellers in Calgary, AB, both in-store and on their websites, and was pretty dismayed at the cost of diamonds / engagement rings locally. I started looking at other sites like James Allen and Blue Nile, and came across Diamond Mansion through their listings on ebay. The prices for the rings shown were pretty reasonable and I felt like I wouldn't be paying for a company's brand or heavy advertising (hello Spence Diamonds). The only drawbacks that gave me some hesitation were buying internationally from a vendor selling on ebay, and generally only seeing rings in a CGI format before having them physically build something for you. Having said that, the staff (Dino, in particular) were still very helpful with questions / concerns and made the process pretty easy. Also having a GIA grading for the centre stone was a plus. At the end of the day, the ring turned out fantastic, I've got a fiancé that loves it, and a local jeweller confirmed the ring's worth and stone characteristics. Combine that with the fact that I paid significantly less than what I would have if I bought locally, and it's a no brainer. Telling your gf that you bought her bling in L.A. doesn't hurt either. I'd definitely recommend Diamond Mansion for anyone in a similar position.Read More

My fiancé bought my engagement ring and wedding band separately from Dino from diamond mansion. We initially found them from eBay and I’m so glad we did. The price we paid for both rings was a fraction of what we would’ve paid at our local fancy jewelers. We went in to our local jewelers after getting our engagement ring and they appraised it for 2.5x how much we paid for it. I’ve been in 2 more times to get it cleaned and the staff there have asked each time if I bought it from there after saying it’s very beautiful and shiny. My ring has a cushion cut center diamond that is GIA certified and that was also confirmed when I took it in to the jewelers. Dino answered so many questions for us over the span of at least 6 months and was very knowledgeable. He worked within my budget to get what I wanted and I’m very happy. Very trustworthy business I’d buy again.Read More

My family and I have bought a lot of jewerly throughout the years - retail and wholesale. We've obviously encountered our share of good and bad experiences. The experience with Omid and his team was truly one of the best. They went out of their way to find the perfect stone and were very patient as I went back and forth on shape. After finalizing what I wanted, they worked immediately to check inventory and presented several options - giving their honest and true opinion each and everytime. They never pushed us to buy or settle - and in the end gave us an amazing deal! Now only was the price better than competitors - the quality of the work in the finished product is amazing! It's only been a couple of days, but the constant compliments I am getting just shows what a great quality product they put out. It's literally been non-stop...with complete strangers even asking to take photos!Read More

He walked me through the process, informed me more about the diamonds and options available, and we got started. I'm happy to say I received my ring right in time for my scheduled proposal date. Everything worked out perfectly, and my finance is very well pleased!! Highly recommended!Read More

Dino is fantastic. I am in Las Vegas and found them online. I sent over exact specs on thw ring I a amped him to build for my wife, and a couple of weeks later it arrived. It was perfect and they are amazing to work with. I highly recommend using them and even if you out of state, I encourage you to use them. They designed and built a custom 11.5ct eternity band ring that is simply amazing. I never set foot in CA for the entire process. Can't say enough positive about Dino and his team.Read More
