Like most people making the most important decision of their lives, I was very hesitant to make a purchase of this magnitude online, never having met the seller, never having seen the diamond and like every review I read Dino did not disappoint! From the very first conversation I put him through the ringer with all of my questions about the exact diamond I wanted. He went and found what he thought I might like (I didn't), then he went back and searched again and again until he found the perfect diamond. He was always a great communicator throughout the entire process. Fast forward.... I got the ring, and was ready to finish the deal but it didn't fit to my Fiance's satisfaction.
