Growing up as someone who was always told to use the family jeweler - I can honestly and safely say, I have found MY new family jeweler in Dino at Diamond Mansion. Beginning the engagement ring shopping process is definitely one of the more intense things I've ever done. Between learning about the 4 C's, to pricing and deciphering which jewelers you can trust, there is a lot that goes into the process. When I first reached out to Dino, I was skeptical because I knew nothing about Diamond Mansion and I live in Cleveland! Dino and Diamond Mansion were a long way away! After I laid the groundwork for my feelings regarding making such a huge purchase online, Dino was quick to comfort me. He explained the process in a relaxing and understandable manner. He was always extremely patient and he was willing to LISTEN to everything I said. So much so, that when I changed my ring idea, over and over and over again, he never came across pushy or annoyed once. I even had him MAKE a ring... I looked at it, knew it wasn't what I wanted (my fault) and when I went back to Dino, he changed the center stone, the setting and made everything perfect. Like most people making the most important decision of their lives, I was very hesitant to make a purchase of this magnitude online, never having met the seller, never having seen the diamond and like every review I read Dino did not disappoint! From the very first conversation I put him through the ringer with all of my questions about the exact diamond I wanted. He went and found what he thought I might like (I didn't), then he went back and searched again and again until he found the perfect diamond. He was always a great communicator throughout the entire process. Fast forward.... I got the ring, and was ready to finish the deal but it didn't fit to my Fiance's satisfaction.
