I have nothing but great things to say about my experience purchasing an engagement ring from this place. I found the ring/Diamond Mansion from Rare Carat. I was iffy for awhile about such a big purchase without actually seeing the end product (they’re in CA, I’m in IL). I decided to go for it, and from the get-go, Dino’s customer service was fantastic. He communicated easily and worked with me. As I waited for them to do their thing getting my ring put together and cleaned up, I started to feel buyers remorse (I do this with every big purchase I make).
