You see what happened was that my fiancee surprised me with a beautiful ring, but unfortunately it was too big on my finger. The design was such that if it was sized it would jeopardize the placement of the stones. I was extremely upset since the jeweler he purchased it from would not work with us. I was iffy for awhile about such a big purchase without actually seeing the end product (they’re in CA, I’m in IL). I decided to go for it, and from the get-go, Dino’s customer service was fantastic. He communicated easily and worked with me.
