Fantastic service, great communication, beautiful ring. Ordering an expensive diamond ring online was uncharted waters, to say the least. I’ve never bought anything this expensive without “trying it on”, first. We knew nothing about Diamond Mansion, but the reviews gave us confidence. The eternity band from Diamond Mansion was far less and more beautiful (at least in pics) than others we’d seen online. So we went for it, and we couldn’t be more pleased. Dino responded quickly to all my questions, and my wife adores her ring. First Class service all the way through. Thank you Dino for making this anniversary so special!Read More

I approached the company after seeing one of their rings online. I was looking for a very specific design and saw they had made a couple of them on their YouTube page. I called and was connected with Dino, who helped me with the details and gave me tips on getting my partner’s ring size. I was able to visit their office in person and check out some of their samples to get a better idea of what I was buying. Dino and the staff were very helpful, and I got to see multiple ring samples and diamonds. I brought my own stone, and the team was incredibly flexible. They conduct trustworthy business and delivered on time. Everyone I interacted with treated me with respect and helped make my dream a reality.Diamond Mansion is not the cheapest option, but all their rings are made in the US, while others outsource overseas. From my experience, the excellent customer service, attention to detail, and lifetime maintenance make the premium worth it. I had a few follow-up requests, and they were able to accommodate them without any issues or additional charges. In the end, I got a great ring at a fair price with excellent service from start to finish. My fiancé loves her ring!Read More

My hubby and I are in the market for a wedding anniversary gift and what better way to celebrate with an anniversary ring. We have been shopping around and looking at unique designs. One evening, I was browsing online and came across Diamond Mansion's website. I was browsing their website and saw a ring design that really caught my eye, so I decided to message them. Realizing it was already late and after operating hours, I did not expect to receive a reply until the next day. Dino replied to me the same evening and the communication we have had has been wonderful. Dino is great and is amazing to work with, he is very patient and so understanding. I felt bad for asking so many questions, but at the end of the day Dino made me feel comfortable and helped me understand that creating a special piece takes a lot of back-and-forth communication. Dino, thank you so much for your patience and time you have provided thus far. I am excited to see what Dino and his team has in store for me as we continue to collaborate with each other in creating that special piece. I highly recommend reaching out to Diamond Mansion and working with their team. Dino and the Diamond Mansion team is wonderful to work with and they will take care of you as you will be in great hands! I am beyond grateful to have connected with Dino and the Diamond Mansion team.Read More

I purchased the 1.68ct. Natural Diamond Round cut Natural Halo U-Prong Pave Diamond Engagement Ring From the diamond mansion website. At 1st I was very reluctant because that was a lot of money to spend online. However, Dino not only turned out to be an amazing jeweler. But he provided personalized customer service every step of the way. And what was delivered, was the most beautiful piece of jewelry I've ever seen in my life. I was so impressed, I purchased the wedding band a couple weeks after. The diamond quality is exceptional and it's ethically sourced which made me happy. I highly recommend diamond mansion, Dino and his entire team.Read More

It was our 10th year anniversary, we live in Florida and my husband was looking for a jeweler to design a three stone yellow diamond ring. We selected Diamond Mansion for their excellent ratings and ease of online selection. Dino was awesome to work with - though we were particular, through the process Dino continued to provide design and stone options until we were satisfied. The ring is absolutely spectacular! Thank you, Dino.Read More

Like most people making the most important decision of their lives, I was very hesitant to make a purchase of this magnitude online, never having met the seller, never having seen the diamond and like every review I read Dino did not disappoint! From the very first conversation I put him through the ringer with all of my questions about the exact diamond I wanted. He went and found what he thought I might like (I didn't), then he went back and searched again and again until he found the perfect diamond. He was always a great communicator throughout the entire process. Fast forward.... I got the ring, and was ready to finish the deal but it didn't fit to my Fiance's satisfaction. Dino happily took it back and had it remade and returned to my Fiance within a week (remaking the ring mind you, because they don't resize) . I can't say how happy we are. I will definitely be back!!!Read More

Most unbelievable price and quality I have found. I am very big into Jewlery and very specific with who I trust and who I'm willing to work with. I was able to order custom bracelets from them and received exactly what I wanted and a price that was lower than anywhere else I got quoted. In addition to the product itself being excellent, the service was unbelievable. I am looking forward to sending family and friends here as I was just so impressed with everything from A to Z.Read More

I am thrilled with the 6 carat diamond eternity ring I recently purchased from Dino at the Diamond Mansion! This is a surprise for my wife, we are celebrating out 30th anniversary next month. The ring is gorgeous, and each of the 14 stones came with a GIA rating folio. Dino was great to work with, and did everything that he said he would and more. I was honestly a bit nervous ordering such a big ticket online, from the opposite side of the country (i'm in Boston), but everything went very smoothly, and I am happy to highly recommend Diamond Mansion to anyone reading this review!Read More

With a proposal being a significant investment, I wanted to make sure I was getting exactly what I wanted and I wanted to know that the quality was top notch. After spending countless hours researching jewelers and spending time in brick-and-mortar stores, I was told about Diamond Mansion from a friend. Their selection is excellent and I have found their service to be just as impressive. With what I'm sure was over 50 back and forth e-mails, Dino at Diamond Mansion was always timely in responding and always made it a point to educate as opposed to pushing a sale.Upon receiving my engagement ring and wedding band, I was absolutely thrilled with the purchase and its quality. For someone like myself who spends a lot of time on the web for their job, I was also impressed with Diamond Mansion's website and the "Learn" section, very informative. As someone who does not leave reviews often, let alone 5-star ones, believe me when I say that the service and quality of the product will be 100% what you desire. Thank you to Dino and the rest of the Diamond Mansion staff on helping me with a significant investment and being thrilled with what I received.Read More

My fiancé bought my engagement ring and wedding band separately from Dino from diamond mansion. We initially found them from eBay and I’m so glad we did. The price we paid for both rings was a fraction of what we would’ve paid at our local fancy jewelers. We went in to our local jewelers after getting our engagement ring and they appraised it for 2.5x how much we paid for it. I’ve been in 2 more times to get it cleaned and the staff there have asked each time if I bought it from there after saying it’s very beautiful and shiny. My ring has a cushion cut center diamond that is GIA certified and that was also confirmed when I took it in to the jewelers. Dino answered so many questions for us over the span of at least 6 months and was very knowledgeable. He worked within my budget to get what I wanted and I’m very happy. Very trustworthy business I’d buy again.Read More

My engagement ring came from Diamond mansion. The design was exactly what I wanted, but a few months later one of the side diamonds came out. The way that they handled this crisis for me made the experience no trouble at all; in fact made the overall experience exceptional. As a bride, I was distraught over not having my ring while it got repaired, but the level of service and communication about every step of the process was amazing. My ring is stunning!Read More

I purchased a halo diamond ring from diamond mansion and I could not be happier. The ring is stunning and when I had it professionally appraised, it appraised for 2 1/2 times more than I paid for it. Dino was wonderful to work with and made the process enjoyable. I will recommend diamond mansion to my friends and family and will be very comfortable ordering from them in the future.Read More

I wanted to upgrade the setting for my wife's engagement ring. I did a google search and diamond mansion came up as the best reviewed and recommended. I just am seriously so happy I found this place. I was very nervous to take my wife's stone and leave it somewhere and not only did they make me super comfortable, but they gave the best service overall. They designed the setting in 3D and made it exactly to my instruction. The pricing was also way less than the original setting I got, but I got more diamonds and the color was very good as well.Read More

I have nothing but great things to say about my experience purchasing an engagement ring from this place. I found the ring/Diamond Mansion from Rare Carat. I was iffy for awhile about such a big purchase without actually seeing the end product (they’re in CA, I’m in IL). I decided to go for it, and from the get-go, Dino’s customer service was fantastic. He communicated easily and worked with me. As I waited for them to do their thing getting my ring put together and cleaned up, I started to feel buyers remorse (I do this with every big purchase I make). But when the delivery came and I finally laid my eyes on it, I knew this was THE ring. It was absolutely beautiful. When I finally proposed, she was in awe of it. She said it was perfect and couldn’t have picked a better ring herself. Dino & Diamond Mansion did amazing and I couldn’t be happier. Would definitely recommend. Thank you guys!Read More

Last thing I have time for is leaving reviews. I am compelled to do so this time around.Dino communicates every step of your project; I say project because I asked for a design over the internet, not in person. It’s hard to spend money without optics, but my goodness this gentlemen was crisp fast and clean informative. The jewelry? Next question. It’s beautiful and exactly what I asked for. The wife? Yup, we are good. Thanks DM and thanks Dino. Till next time…Read More

After searching Yelp for a place to buy an engagement ring I saw all the great reviews of Diamond Mansion. As I live in DTLA there are literally hundreds, if not thousands, of places to choose from. I contacted Dino and we spent almost 2 months searching for the exact stone I wanted. I picked out a beautiful designer setting and they took care of the rest. I can't express how professional both Omit and Dino have been throughout the entire process and my wife is ecstatic about her ring! Dino has excellent follow up and took great care in helping me find exactly what I wanted for her ring and sent me numerous ideas and choices. My fiance (now my wife) also bought MY wedding band from them. These guys are exactly who you want to deal with when you are spending a good amount on a ring that is so special and you want truly personalized service. I recommend Dino at Diamond Mansion highly and will continue to give them my business in the future. I chose the price range of "pricey" only because this was not an inexpensive purchase and would say they will fit your budget no matter how great or small. They're the Best!Read More

I Purchased a diamond engagement setting from Diamond Mansion. I was a bit nervous about purchasing something so significant online but It was clear from the start that Dino and his team are 100% professional and delivered a perfect setting to my new bride and me. We couldn't be more impressed with the service and of course the setting, which is of the highest quality and workmanship. I cannot rate Diamond Mansion any higher and you can rest assured that you will receive exactly what you are expecting and you will receive it on time- great job!Read More
