The prices for the rings shown were pretty reasonable and I felt like I wouldn't be paying for a company's brand or heavy advertising (hello Spence Diamonds). The only drawbacks that gave me some hesitation were buying internationally from a vendor selling on ebay, and generally only seeing rings in a CGI format before having them physically build something for you. Having said that, the staff (Dino, in particular) were still very helpful with questions / concerns and made the process pretty easy. Also having a GIA grading for the centre stone was a plus. At the end of the day, the ring turned out fantastic, I've got a fiancé that loves it, and a local jeweller confirmed the ring's worth and stone characteristics. Combine that with the fact that I paid significantly less than what I would have if I bought locally, and it's a no brainer. Telling your gf that you bought her bling in L.A. doesn't hurt either.
