Diamond Mansion is absolutely amazing! The prongs of my eternity band after 12 years, was starting to cause chip diamonds and losing diamonds regularly. After trying to take it to a namebrand jewelry store near me to have the prongs tightened and everything, I finally gave up and began looking for a different setting for my stones. I came across Diamond Mansion during an Internet search and although at first skeptical because they in California while I am in Ohio, their collection was beautiful and they had very good reviews so I decided to give them a try. I began communicating with Dino initially on the phone, then mainly via text. The band that I found to replace my existing one was absolutely beautiful so we coordinated and sent my ring next day air to California, and the process began. Communication between Dino and I was seamless, he answered all my questions, sent pictures of the mold against my ring so that I would have an idea and confirmation that it was the correct setting. I was comfortable throughout the entire process that my ring was in good hands in their care. The molding and finishing process took maybe 10 days and when I got it back, it’s absolutely beautiful! But Diamond Mansion does a phenomenal job publishing pristine videos of the diamonds, providing every detail upfront. I searched and searched their online inventory until I picked out two stones of similar quality that I thought I might like. I had {lots} of questions, so at this point, I called and spoke with a wonderfully patient woman named Chris. She took the time to compare the diamonds with me and kindly and patiently answered my questions. I was leaning towards the less expensive diamond due to the way the facets were cut (pear), and she took the time to understand what I was looking at and agreed that I would be happier with the less expensive choice. He took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for in a setting, double-checked every aspect, sent me videos of potential options, discussed the pros and cons of each, and shared in my joy when I made my decision. We felt like truly valued customers each step of the way, even though we didn't have a huge budget. I can't express my gratitude for how well we were treated and how perfectly the ring was constructed. Dino is fantastic. I am in Las Vegas and found them online. I sent over exact specs on thw ring I a amped him to build for my wife, and a couple of weeks later it arrived. It was perfect and they are amazing to work with. I highly recommend using them and even if you out of state, I encourage you to use them. They designed and built a custom 11.5ct eternity band ring that is simply amazing. I never set foot in CA for the entire process. Can't say enough positive about Dino and his team.
