Growing up as someone who was always told to use the family jeweler - I can honestly and safely say, I have found MY new family jeweler in Dino at Diamond Mansion. Beginning the engagement ring shopping process is definitely one of the more intense things I've ever done. Between learning about the 4 C's, to pricing and deciphering which jewelers you can trust, there is a lot that goes into the process. When I first reached out to Dino, I was skeptical because I knew nothing about Diamond Mansion and I live in Cleveland! Dino and Diamond Mansion were a long way away! After I laid the groundwork for my feelings regarding making such a huge purchase online, Dino was quick to comfort me. He explained the process in a relaxing and understandable manner. He was always extremely patient and he was willing to LISTEN to everything I said. So much so, that when I changed my ring idea, over and over and over again, he never came across pushy or annoyed once. I even had him MAKE a ring... I looked at it, knew it wasn't what I wanted (my fault) and when I went back to Dino, he changed the center stone, the setting and made everything perfect. Like most people making the most important decision of their lives, I was very hesitant to make a purchase of this magnitude online, never having met the seller, never having seen the diamond and like every review I read Dino did not disappoint! Thank you so much for making my ring a reality! I came across this store online and loved there ring collection so thought to go check them out. You see what happened was that my fiancee surprised me with a beautiful ring, but unfortunately it was too big on my finger. My fiancé bought my engagement ring and wedding band separately from Dino from diamond mansion. We initially found them from eBay and I’m so glad we did. The price we paid for both rings was a fraction of what we would’ve paid at our local fancy jewelers. We went in to our local jewelers after getting our engagement ring and they appraised it for 2.5x how much we paid for it. I’ve been in 2 more times to get it cleaned and the staff there have asked each time if I bought it from there after saying it’s very beautiful and shiny. My ring has a cushion cut center diamond that is GIA certified and that was also confirmed when I took it in to the jewelers.
