I have nothing but great things to say about my experience purchasing an engagement ring from this place. I found the ring/Diamond Mansion from Rare Carat. I was iffy for awhile about such a big purchase without actually seeing the end product (they’re in CA, I’m in IL). I decided to go for it, and from the get-go, Dino’s customer service was fantastic. He communicated easily and worked with me. As I waited for them to do their thing getting my ring put together and cleaned up, I started to feel buyers remorse (I do this with every big purchase I make). But when the delivery came and I finally laid my eyes on it, I knew this was THE ring. It was absolutely beautiful. When I finally proposed, she was in awe of it. The Diamond Mansion was recommended to me. Thankfully I was more than impressed. Dino and his team did a great job making a ring from scratch. My fiancé showed me a couple rings she liked from Cartier and Tiffany. He designed a ring that combined the best parts of both. We found an amazing GIA stone and the finished product blew me away. Dino is fantastic. I am in Las Vegas and found them online. I sent over exact specs on thw ring I a amped him to build for my wife, and a couple of weeks later it arrived. It was perfect and they are amazing to work with. I highly recommend using them and even if you out of state, I encourage you to use them. They designed and built a custom 11.5ct eternity band ring that is simply amazing. I never set foot in CA for the entire process. Can't say enough positive about Dino and his team.Read More
