I purchased diamond the center stone for my fiance's engagement ring setting from Diamond Mansion and I couldn't be happier with the quality of the stone, or the level of customer service I received from Dino. The stone I ordered was exactly as advertised and is absolutely STUNNING! Upon receipt, I had it appraised by a local jeweler and it was valued at ~$1,200 above the purchase price. Dino was great with his communication, keeping me updated on the status of the ring shipment and even working with me on the timing of the shipment to ensure I would be home from vacation to accept the delivery. You may shop with confidence at Diamond Mansion! Highly recommended.Read More

I stumbled upon Dino’s site when looking for an emerald cut diamond eternity band ring. I reached out to Dino via email as I wanted to inquire about customizing a ring I saw on his site. Dino was an absolute pleasure to work with. I was very clear about what type of diamonds I wanted used in my ring and Dino assured me he would get only the best of the best. He even located all GIA certified diamonds as that was another request of mine. He completed the ring and had it shipped out to me to the exact day that he had told me it would take to get the ring done. To say I am happy with this ring would be an understatement. Dino is a man of integrity and honesty and I will absolutely be back to purchase more jewelry from him in the future. His pricing is very fare. I assure you that you are in the best of hands at Diamond Mansion.Read More

My grandmother had given her ring to me when I first was married at 18. I always wanted to update the ring so that I would be able to pass it along to my daughter when it was her time to celebrate blissful love. Yeah.. I know its way too early for her being that she is 14 lol.. I rather be prepared and if the price is right why not take advantage of it. Talking to my girlfriends and searching the web. I found this lil spot. Did some research and found this loose diamond I wanted.. It would be a perfect upgrade to my grandmothers aka Lola s ring. Even though a half carat cushion cut diamond.. this was it.. I had to have to.. Called to see if it was still available and YES ..GOALLLLLL!!!! I scored.. came in to look at the clarity and it was perfect.. Too bad I wasn t getting married. but I am ok with that. I love it.. Coming back for more if and when Mr. Right knocks on my door.. thank you YES.. my kid was excited about it too. .=)Read More

Diamond Mansion custom-made a beautiful engagement ring for me at a great price and on a short notice. They did a great job interpreting my design ideas to make a beautiful setting. They also sold me the nicest diamond for my budget instead of trying to up-sell me. Diamond Mansion gave me excellent craftsmanship and customer service.Read More

My family and I have bought a lot of jewerly throughout the years - retail and wholesale. We've obviously encountered our share of good and bad experiences. The experience with Omid and his team was truly one of the best. They went out of their way to find the perfect stone and were very patient as I went back and forth on shape. After finalizing what I wanted, they worked immediately to check inventory and presented several options - giving their honest and true opinion each and everytime. They never pushed us to buy or settle - and in the end gave us an amazing deal! Now only was the price better than competitors - the quality of the work in the finished product is amazing! It's only been a couple of days, but the constant compliments I am getting just shows what a great quality product they put out. It's literally been non-stop...with complete strangers even asking to take photos!Read More

Absolutely amazing . My engagement ring was purchased online - great price and took to expensive jeweler and they priced it almost 3x as much as I paid. We got my wedding band later after emailing with Dino and he found a band that matched my ring and uploaded a video of what it would look like so we could see it before paired with my style of ring. Great shipping , always does next day air and it’s packed great. Would recommend highly !Read More

What a great experience -- excellent customer service (Dino), constant communication, accurate design illustration, and best of all they delivered an incredible product (Men's 1 crt. Platinum Ring).I buy a ton of stuff online, but was still a bit reluctant to have custom jewelry made, but this worked out amazing -- high quality of craftsmanship. Well done Diamond Mansion.Read More

I have nothing but great things to say about my experience purchasing an engagement ring from this place. I found the ring/Diamond Mansion from Rare Carat. I was iffy for awhile about such a big purchase without actually seeing the end product (they’re in CA, I’m in IL). I decided to go for it, and from the get-go, Dino’s customer service was fantastic. He communicated easily and worked with me. As I waited for them to do their thing getting my ring put together and cleaned up, I started to feel buyers remorse (I do this with every big purchase I make). But when the delivery came and I finally laid my eyes on it, I knew this was THE ring. It was absolutely beautiful. When I finally proposed, she was in awe of it. She said it was perfect and couldn’t have picked a better ring herself. Dino & Diamond Mansion did amazing and I couldn’t be happier. Would definitely recommend. Thank you guys!Read More

Love the craftsmanship of the jewelry and the unbeatable customer service and pricing :) Thank you so much Dino!!Read More

Growing up as someone who was always told to use the family jeweler - I can honestly and safely say, I have found MY new family jeweler in Dino at Diamond Mansion. Beginning the engagement ring shopping process is definitely one of the more intense things I've ever done. Between learning about the 4 C's, to pricing and deciphering which jewelers you can trust, there is a lot that goes into the process. When I first reached out to Dino, I was skeptical because I knew nothing about Diamond Mansion and I live in Cleveland! Dino and Diamond Mansion were a long way away! After I laid the groundwork for my feelings regarding making such a huge purchase online, Dino was quick to comfort me. He explained the process in a relaxing and understandable manner. He was always extremely patient and he was willing to LISTEN to everything I said. So much so, that when I changed my ring idea, over and over and over again, he never came across pushy or annoyed once. I even had him MAKE a ring... I looked at it, knew it wasn't what I wanted (my fault) and when I went back to Dino, he changed the center stone, the setting and made everything perfect. Long story short, he made the experience flawless!Obviously it helped that my now fiance LOVES the ring and that people compliment her everywhere she goes, but it came down to Dino and Diamond Mansion to make it happen. So a big thank you goes out to them for making it a successful start to my new family!Read More

The Diamond Mansion was recommended to me. Thankfully I was more than impressed. Dino and his team did a great job making a ring from scratch. My fiancé showed me a couple rings she liked from Cartier and Tiffany. He designed a ring that combined the best parts of both. We found an amazing GIA stone and the finished product blew me away. More importantly it blew her away. And even more importantly her friends and family are in awe. She got the stone she wanted, the halo she wanted, and the pavé to exact specifications. You can find the ring on their you tube page. Thank you so much Dino and Diamond Mansion team!Read More

My hubby and I are in the market for a wedding anniversary gift and what better way to celebrate with an anniversary ring. We have been shopping around and looking at unique designs. One evening, I was browsing online and came across Diamond Mansion's website. I was browsing their website and saw a ring design that really caught my eye, so I decided to message them. Realizing it was already late and after operating hours, I did not expect to receive a reply until the next day. Dino replied to me the same evening and the communication we have had has been wonderful. Dino is great and is amazing to work with, he is very patient and so understanding. I felt bad for asking so many questions, but at the end of the day Dino made me feel comfortable and helped me understand that creating a special piece takes a lot of back-and-forth communication. Dino, thank you so much for your patience and time you have provided thus far. I am excited to see what Dino and his team has in store for me as we continue to collaborate with each other in creating that special piece. I highly recommend reaching out to Diamond Mansion and working with their team. Dino and the Diamond Mansion team is wonderful to work with and they will take care of you as you will be in great hands! I am beyond grateful to have connected with Dino and the Diamond Mansion team.Read More

Fantastic service, great communication, beautiful ring. Ordering an expensive diamond ring online was uncharted waters, to say the least. I’ve never bought anything this expensive without “trying it on”, first. We knew nothing about Diamond Mansion, but the reviews gave us confidence. The eternity band from Diamond Mansion was far less and more beautiful (at least in pics) than others we’d seen online. So we went for it, and we couldn’t be more pleased. Dino responded quickly to all my questions, and my wife adores her ring. First Class service all the way through. Thank you Dino for making this anniversary so special!Read More

I approached the company after seeing one of their rings online. I was looking for a very specific design and saw they had made a couple of them on their YouTube page. I called and was connected with Dino, who helped me with the details and gave me tips on getting my partner’s ring size. I was able to visit their office in person and check out some of their samples to get a better idea of what I was buying. Dino and the staff were very helpful, and I got to see multiple ring samples and diamonds. I brought my own stone, and the team was incredibly flexible. They conduct trustworthy business and delivered on time. Everyone I interacted with treated me with respect and helped make my dream a reality.Diamond Mansion is not the cheapest option, but all their rings are made in the US, while others outsource overseas. From my experience, the excellent customer service, attention to detail, and lifetime maintenance make the premium worth it. I had a few follow-up requests, and they were able to accommodate them without any issues or additional charges. In the end, I got a great ring at a fair price with excellent service from start to finish. My fiancé loves her ring!Read More

Thank you so much for making my ring a reality! I came across this store online and loved there ring collection so thought to go check them out. You see what happened was that my fiancee surprised me with a beautiful ring, but unfortunately it was too big on my finger. The design was such that if it was sized it would jeopardize the placement of the stones. I was extremely upset since the jeweler he purchased it from would not work with us. When I made an appt. with Omid and came in to explain what had happened he totally worked with us each step of the way. His jewelers made me the exact ring I wanted from scratch. He communicated with me to give me updates each step of the way while my ring was being created. He even gave me a small gift as the ring due to its detailed design took longer to create then expected (perfection takes time so I understood completely) . Omid is awesome and I recommend them to anyone shopping for a ring. I continue to get so many compliments on this beautiful piece ! I will be referring you guys for years to come, keep up the great work and keep making people smile : )Read More
