You see what happened was that my fiancee surprised me with a beautiful ring, but unfortunately it was too big on my finger. The design was such that if it was sized it would jeopardize the placement of the stones. I was extremely upset since the jeweler he purchased it from would not work with us. When I made an appt. with Omid and came in to explain what had happened he totally worked with us each step of the way. His jewelers made me the exact ring I wanted from scratch. He communicated with me to give me updates each step of the way while my ring was being created. My fiancé bought my engagement ring and wedding band separately from Dino from diamond mansion. We initially found them from eBay and I’m so glad we did. The price we paid for both rings was a fraction of what we would’ve paid at our local fancy jewelers. From the very first conversation I put him through the ringer with all of my questions about the exact diamond I wanted.
