I looked at many sites online and went to stores in person and Diamond Mansion came up with what I thought was the best looking ring at a reasonable price. We bought the 3 Carat Eternity.I reached out to them via email and wound up working with Dino. He was always responsive, and always had a nice demeanor while answering my questions. After about 2-3 months and several emails, I was committed to making it happen. We live in the Los Angeles area, so we had the benefit of being able to drive down to their location and get a feel for who we were doing business with and the quality of the rings they were offering.The visit went well, we sized my wife's finger, and placed the order.About 2.5 weeks later the ring showed up and my wife loved it!It was well crafted and had a wow factor for what we spent. Like most people making the most important decision of their lives, I was very hesitant to make a purchase of this magnitude online, never having met the seller, never having seen the diamond and like every review I read Dino did not disappoint! From the very first conversation I put him through the ringer with all of my questions about the exact diamond I wanted. He went and found what he thought I might like (I didn't), then he went back and searched again and again until he found the perfect diamond. You see what happened was that my fiancee surprised me with a beautiful ring, but unfortunately it was too big on my finger.
