2 Ct. Heart Shape Natural Diamond 4-Prong w/ Accent Sidestone Natural Diamonds Engagement Ring (GIA Certified)

I purchased the 1.68ct. Natural Diamond Round cut Natural Halo U-Prong Pave Diamond Engagement Ring From the diamond mansion website. At 1st I was very reluctant because that was a lot of money to spend online. However, Dino not only turned out to be an amazing jeweler. But he provided personalized customer service every step of the way. And what was delivered, was the most beautiful piece of jewelry I've ever seen in my life. I was so impressed, I purchased the wedding band a couple weeks after. The diamond quality is exceptional and it's ethically sourced which made me happy. I highly recommend diamond mansion, Dino and his entire team.Read More

Dino is very informative and stayed in contact with me from start to finish on my ring. I was very nervous making such a large purchase without seeing the product or ever even walking in their store. Dino assured me I’d love the finished product and if I didn’t, he’d issue a refund. Well, I loved my ring. The craftsmanship and quality is top notch! The price is unbeatable! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!Read More

I had a great experience with Diamond Mansion! Dino is awesome and so accommodating. My ring was basically customized to my needs and it came out beautifully... we are so excited and every time I look at it, I'm giddy. Would definitely do business with Diamond Mansion again in the future and will be using them for any diamond repairs, upgrades, etc. Thanks for the excellent customer service and my beautiful ring!Read More

Dino and Debbie were absolutely outstanding from start to finish of the purchase of my wife's eternity wedding band. I had several questions and customizations to the ring that were accommodated to a T. With only a month to customize the ring and ship across the country before the wedding, I was worried that it would not make it to me in ample time. I could not have asked for a better process. Each question was answered in a prompt manner with corresponding time frames of production and shipping. My wife absolutely loves her ring and it looks 10x better than what we could have imagined. Keep up the tremendous work. I will definitely be making future purchases from this company.Read More

My grandmother had given her ring to me when I first was married at 18. I always wanted to update the ring so that I would be able to pass it along to my daughter when it was her time to celebrate blissful love. Yeah.. I know its way too early for her being that she is 14 lol.. I rather be prepared and if the price is right why not take advantage of it. Talking to my girlfriends and searching the web. I found this lil spot. Did some research and found this loose diamond I wanted.. It would be a perfect upgrade to my grandmothers aka Lola s ring. Even though a half carat cushion cut diamond.. this was it.. I had to have to.. Called to see if it was still available and YES ..GOALLLLLL!!!! I scored.. came in to look at the clarity and it was perfect.. Too bad I wasn t getting married. but I am ok with that. I love it.. Coming back for more if and when Mr. Right knocks on my door.. thank you YES.. my kid was excited about it too. .=)Read More

I purchased diamond the center stone for my fiance's engagement ring setting from Diamond Mansion and I couldn't be happier with the quality of the stone, or the level of customer service I received from Dino. The stone I ordered was exactly as advertised and is absolutely STUNNING! Upon receipt, I had it appraised by a local jeweler and it was valued at ~$1,200 above the purchase price. Dino was great with his communication, keeping me updated on the status of the ring shipment and even working with me on the timing of the shipment to ensure I would be home from vacation to accept the delivery. You may shop with confidence at Diamond Mansion! Highly recommended.Read More

With a proposal being a significant investment, I wanted to make sure I was getting exactly what I wanted and I wanted to know that the quality was top notch. After spending countless hours researching jewelers and spending time in brick-and-mortar stores, I was told about Diamond Mansion from a friend. Their selection is excellent and I have found their service to be just as impressive. With what I'm sure was over 50 back and forth e-mails, Dino at Diamond Mansion was always timely in responding and always made it a point to educate as opposed to pushing a sale.Upon receiving my engagement ring and wedding band, I was absolutely thrilled with the purchase and its quality. For someone like myself who spends a lot of time on the web for their job, I was also impressed with Diamond Mansion's website and the "Learn" section, very informative. As someone who does not leave reviews often, let alone 5-star ones, believe me when I say that the service and quality of the product will be 100% what you desire. Thank you to Dino and the rest of the Diamond Mansion staff on helping me with a significant investment and being thrilled with what I received.Read More

First class service from Dino at Diamond Mansion who helped me with a purchase of a stunning asscher cut diamond ring for myself. I was apprehensive about making a large purchase online with a company based in the U.S. when I’m in the UK. I needn’t have worried. Dino responded promptly to my email queries and worked with me to find a ring in my budget. The 1.8 ct asscher channel set diamond ring they produced is very stylish and looks awesome. Delivery via FedEx was prompt too. Thanks Dino for your help and for making the purchase easy and stress free. Highly recommend the team at DM.Read More

Cannot say enough good things about Diamond Mansion. We love the eternity band we bought for our wedding. Absolutely beautiful. The price point was perfect and Dino was so patient with us. Very nervous about buying a ring online that we didn't get to see in person, and having it shipped across the country, but Dino answer our calls with patience and was very understanding and friendly. Diamond Mansion will stay our jeweler for future purchases!!Read More

I LOVE MY RING. Great service in helping me choose the Diamond and working with the fiancé to choose the band. AmazingRead More

I found Diamond Mansion through a Google search. I try to stay clear of the big designer stores and sites. Those markups are ridiculous. Although the tennis earrings were shown on the site, the pair I purchased were custom made to order. Dino was fabulous to work with and the end product was beautiful. Price and quality were both excellent. It was as if we went to the diamond district and pick these out in person. Great experience!!Read More

Diamond Mansion custom-made a beautiful engagement ring for me at a great price and on a short notice. They did a great job interpreting my design ideas to make a beautiful setting. Great experience! Buying diamond jewelry online can seem intimidating but I can recommend Diamond Mansion without reservation. Due to my (stupid) desire to keep the custom made ring a surprise I inadvertently sent the incorrect size. Without any fuss, Dino took the ring back and redid it for the correct size. The ring is beautiful and the customer service was more than excellent. Thanks again for making me an anniversary hero!Read More

I couldn’t be happier with my purchase! The customer service and quality of my ring is outstanding! Thanks Dino!Read More

Dino and the team at Diamond Mansion put together the perfect engagement ring. The whole process was low pressure and very easy. They knew exactly what I was trying to do, and they executed it perfectly. If I had known the whole process could be this easy, I would have come into it with much less apprehension. My fiance looked at the ring and thought it was a joke...it was "too perfect." I think that's the best review I could leave. Highly recommended.Read More

My fiancé bought my engagement ring and wedding band separately from Dino from diamond mansion. We initially found them from eBay and I’m so glad we did. The price we paid for both rings was a fraction of what we would’ve paid at our local fancy jewelers. We went in to our local jewelers after getting our engagement ring and they appraised it for 2.5x how much we paid for it. I’ve been in 2 more times to get it cleaned and the staff there have asked each time if I bought it from there after saying it’s very beautiful and shiny. My ring has a cushion cut center diamond that is GIA certified and that was also confirmed when I took it in to the jewelers. Dino answered so many questions for us over the span of at least 6 months and was very knowledgeable. He worked within my budget to get what I wanted and I’m very happy. Very trustworthy business I’d buy again.Read More

Growing up as someone who was always told to use the family jeweler - I can honestly and safely say, I have found MY new family jeweler in Dino at Diamond Mansion. Beginning the engagement ring shopping process is definitely one of the more intense things I've ever done. Between learning about the 4 C's, to pricing and deciphering which jewelers you can trust, there is a lot that goes into the process. When I first reached out to Dino, I was skeptical because I knew nothing about Diamond Mansion and I live in Cleveland! Dino and Diamond Mansion were a long way away! After I laid the groundwork for my feelings regarding making such a huge purchase online, Dino was quick to comfort me. He explained the process in a relaxing and understandable manner. He was always extremely patient and he was willing to LISTEN to everything I said. So much so, that when I changed my ring idea, over and over and over again, he never came across pushy or annoyed once. I even had him MAKE a ring... I looked at it, knew it wasn't what I wanted (my fault) and when I went back to Dino, he changed the center stone, the setting and made everything perfect. Long story short, he made the experience flawless!Obviously it helped that my now fiance LOVES the ring and that people compliment her everywhere she goes, but it came down to Dino and Diamond Mansion to make it happen. So a big thank you goes out to them for making it a successful start to my new family!Read More

Absolutely amazing . My engagement ring was purchased online - great price and took to expensive jeweler and they priced it almost 3x as much as I paid. We got my wedding band later after emailing with Dino and he found a band that matched my ring and uploaded a video of what it would look like so we could see it before paired with my style of ring. Great shipping , always does next day air and it’s packed great. Would recommend highly !Read More

The Diamond Mansion was recommended to me. Thankfully I was more than impressed. Dino and his team did a great job making a ring from scratch. My fiancé showed me a couple rings she liked from Cartier and Tiffany. He designed a ring that combined the best parts of both. We found an amazing GIA stone and the finished product blew me away. More importantly it blew her away. And even more importantly her friends and family are in awe. She got the stone she wanted, the halo she wanted, and the pavé to exact specifications. You can find the ring on their you tube page. Thank you so much Dino and Diamond Mansion team!Read More
