I found Diamond Mansion through a Google search. I try to stay clear of the big designer stores and sites. Those markups are ridiculous. Although the tennis earrings were shown on the site, the pair I purchased were custom made to order. Dino was fabulous to work with and the end product was beautiful. Price and quality were both excellent. It was as if we went to the diamond district and pick these out in person. Great experience!!Read More

I purchased diamond the center stone for my fiance's engagement ring setting from Diamond Mansion and I couldn't be happier with the quality of the stone, or the level of customer service I received from Dino. The stone I ordered was exactly as advertised and is absolutely STUNNING! Upon receipt, I had it appraised by a local jeweler and it was valued at ~$1,200 above the purchase price. Dino was great with his communication, keeping me updated on the status of the ring shipment and even working with me on the timing of the shipment to ensure I would be home from vacation to accept the delivery. You may shop with confidence at Diamond Mansion! Highly recommended.Read More

Growing up as someone who was always told to use the family jeweler - I can honestly and safely say, I have found MY new family jeweler in Dino at Diamond Mansion. Beginning the engagement ring shopping process is definitely one of the more intense things I've ever done. Between learning about the 4 C's, to pricing and deciphering which jewelers you can trust, there is a lot that goes into the process. When I first reached out to Dino, I was skeptical because I knew nothing about Diamond Mansion and I live in Cleveland! Dino and Diamond Mansion were a long way away! After I laid the groundwork for my feelings regarding making such a huge purchase online, Dino was quick to comfort me. He explained the process in a relaxing and understandable manner. He was always extremely patient and he was willing to LISTEN to everything I said. So much so, that when I changed my ring idea, over and over and over again, he never came across pushy or annoyed once. I even had him MAKE a ring... I looked at it, knew it wasn't what I wanted (my fault) and when I went back to Dino, he changed the center stone, the setting and made everything perfect. Long story short, he made the experience flawless!Obviously it helped that my now fiance LOVES the ring and that people compliment her everywhere she goes, but it came down to Dino and Diamond Mansion to make it happen. So a big thank you goes out to them for making it a successful start to my new family!Read More

I had a ring made for my wife as a Christmas gift. We did everything remotely, which made me a tad nervous. I'm happy to say that everything was delivered as promised and I wouldn't hesitate to order from Diamond Mansion in the future. They do great work and communicated with me every step of the process.Read More

Absolutely amazing . My engagement ring was purchased online - great price and took to expensive jeweler and they priced it almost 3x as much as I paid. We got my wedding band later after emailing with Dino and he found a band that matched my ring and uploaded a video of what it would look like so we could see it before paired with my style of ring. Great shipping , always does next day air and it’s packed great. Would recommend highly !Read More

Most unbelievable price and quality I have found. I am very big into Jewlery and very specific with who I trust and who I'm willing to work with. I was able to order custom bracelets from them and received exactly what I wanted and a price that was lower than anywhere else I got quoted. In addition to the product itself being excellent, the service was unbelievable. I am looking forward to sending family and friends here as I was just so impressed with everything from A to Z.Read More

Dino at Diamond Mansion did an awesome job at helping me locate and put together an amazing diamond and ring and was very helpful with answering all of my questions along the way. Dino, at Diamond Mansion was absolutely amazing throughout the process of creating my 10 year anniversary eternity ring. He was especially patient and understanding and made me feel completely comfortable purchasing such an exquisite ring over the internet. Like most people making the most important decision of their lives, I was very hesitant to make a purchase of this magnitude online, never having met the seller, never having seen the diamond and like every review I read Dino did not disappoint! From the very first conversation I put him through the ringer with all of my questions about the exact diamond I wanted. He went and found what he thought I might like (I didn't), then he went back and searched again and again until he found the perfect diamond. He was always a great communicator throughout the entire process. Fast forward.... I got the ring, and was ready to finish the deal but it didn't fit to my Fiance's satisfaction. Dino happily took it back and had it remade and returned to my Fiance within a week (remaking the ring mind you, because they don't resize) . I can't say how happy we are. I will definitely be back!!!Read More

Dino and the folks at Diamond Mansion were great to deal with and the ring came out excellent!I was looking for a nice eternity ring for my wife after being together for almost 20 years. I looked at many sites online and went to stores in person and Diamond Mansion came up with what I thought was the best looking ring at a reasonable price. We bought the 3 Carat Eternity.I reached out to them via email and wound up working with Dino. He was always responsive, and always had a nice demeanor while answering my questions. After about 2-3 months and several emails, I was committed to making it happen. We live in the Los Angeles area, so we had the benefit of being able to drive down to their location and get a feel for who we were doing business with and the quality of the rings they were offering. The visit went well, we sized my wife's finger, and placed the order.About 2.5 weeks later the ring showed up and my wife loved it!It was well crafted and had a wow factor for what we spent. Under $4k.Definitely give these guys a look if you're in the market.5 Stars for sure.Read More

Dino and the team at Diamond Mansion put together the perfect engagement ring. The whole process was low pressure and very easy. They knew exactly what I was trying to do, and they executed it perfectly. If I had known the whole process could be this easy, I would have come into it with much less apprehension. My fiance looked at the ring and thought it was a joke...it was "too perfect." I think that's the best review I could leave. Highly recommended.Read More

It was our 10th year anniversary, we live in Florida and my husband was looking for a jeweler to design a three stone yellow diamond ring. We selected Diamond Mansion for their excellent ratings and ease of online selection. I am absolutely in LOVE with the custom ring Dino and his team created for me!!! It is truly a showstopper! Stunning!!! We had never purchased jewelry like this online, sight unseen. As a matter of fact, we have a local jeweler (who we adore and trust) that we have purchased from for the last 15+ years. However, we came across Diamond Mansion through social media and decided to give them a try. The value, quality, service and excellent communication are nothing short of incredible!! The fact that there wasn’t a single negative review to be found anywhere coupled with their 30 day return policy was all we needed to take a chance on a new jeweler. Let me tell you, YOU WILL BE SO HAPPY YOU CHOSE DIAMOND MANSION!!!! True pros from start to finish! They are now our go to jewelers! THE BEST!!!!! Thank you Dino!!!Read More

What a great experience -- excellent customer service (Dino), constant communication, accurate design illustration, and best of all they delivered an incredible product (Men's 1 crt. Came here for a fitting with my boyfriend to make sure the ring he gets fits me right and is a style I like! Great calm experience going through this and showing me all the different options! They custom make the rings (band and diamond) and excited to see end result!Read More

Thank you so much for making my ring a reality! I came across this store online and loved there ring collection so thought to go check them out. You see what happened was that my fiancee surprised me with a beautiful ring, but unfortunately it was too big on my finger. The design was such that if it was sized it would jeopardize the placement of the stones. I was extremely upset since the jeweler he purchased it from would not work with us. When I made an appt. with Omid and came in to explain what had happened he totally worked with us each step of the way. His jewelers made me the exact ring I wanted from scratch. He communicated with me to give me updates each step of the way while my ring was being created. He even gave me a small gift as the ring due to its detailed design took longer to create then expected (perfection takes time so I understood completely) . Omid is awesome and I recommend them to anyone shopping for a ring. I continue to get so many compliments on this beautiful piece ! I will be referring you guys for years to come, keep up the great work and keep making people smile : )Read More

Dino is very informative and stayed in contact with me from start to finish on my ring. I was very nervous making such a large purchase without seeing the product or ever even walking in their store. Dino assured me I’d love the finished product and if I didn’t, he’d issue a refund. Well, I loved my ring. The craftsmanship and quality is top notch! The price is unbeatable! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!Read More

I recently purchased an engagement ring and wedding band for my fiance in October from Diamond Mansion. To be completely honest, I was incredibly nervous about spending that kind of money on a ring from a company I had never heard of in a state that I had never been to. My experience with Diamond Mansion far exceeded any expectations that I could have set. Dino's communication was excellent and the ring is absolutely beautiful. I could not have asked for better quality and the price was better than any other jeweler I have found. If you are considering purchasing from Diamond Mansion but are weary of spending the money, take my review into consideration. I will definitely use Diamond Mansion again in the future and would recommend them to anybody.Read More
