The design was such that if it was sized it would jeopardize the placement of the stones. I was extremely upset since the jeweler he purchased it from would not work with us. When I made an appt. with Omid and came in to explain what had happened he totally worked with us each step of the way. His jewelers made me the exact ring I wanted from scratch. He communicated with me to give me updates each step of the way while my ring was being created. He even gave me a small gift as the ring due to its detailed design took longer to create then expected (perfection takes time so I understood completely) .
