I have nothing but great things to say about my experience purchasing an engagement ring from this place. I found the ring/Diamond Mansion from Rare Carat. I was iffy for awhile about such a big purchase without actually seeing the end product (they’re in CA, I’m in IL). I decided to go for it, and from the get-go, Dino’s customer service was fantastic. He communicated easily and worked with me. As I waited for them to do their thing getting my ring put together and cleaned up, I started to feel buyers remorse (I do this with every big purchase I make). My fiancé bought my engagement ring and wedding band separately from Dino from diamond mansion. We initially found them from eBay and I’m so glad we did. The price we paid for both rings was a fraction of what we would’ve paid at our local fancy jewelers. You see what happened was that my fiancee surprised me with a beautiful ring, but unfortunately it was too big on my finger.
