I looked at many sites online and went to stores in person and Diamond Mansion came up with what I thought was the best looking ring at a reasonable price. We bought the 3 Carat Eternity.I reached out to them via email and wound up working with Dino. He was always responsive, and always had a nice demeanor while answering my questions. After about 2-3 months and several emails, I was committed to making it happen. You see what happened was that my fiancee surprised me with a beautiful ring, but unfortunately it was too big on my finger. The design was such that if it was sized it would jeopardize the placement of the stones. I was extremely upset since the jeweler he purchased it from would not work with us. When I made an appt. with Omid and came in to explain what had happened he totally worked with us each step of the way. His jewelers made me the exact ring I wanted from scratch.
