First class service from Dino at Diamond Mansion who helped me with a purchase of a stunning asscher cut diamond ring for myself. I was apprehensive about making a large purchase online with a company based in the U.S. when I’m in the UK. I needn’t have worried. Dino responded promptly to my email queries and worked with me to find a ring in my budget. The 1.8 ct asscher channel set diamond ring they produced is very stylish and looks awesome. Delivery via FedEx was prompt too. Thanks Dino for your help and for making the purchase easy and stress free. Highly recommend the team at DM.Read More

My grandmother had given her ring to me when I first was married at 18. I always wanted to update the ring so that I would be able to pass it along to my daughter when it was her time to celebrate blissful love. Yeah.. I know its way too early for her being that she is 14 lol.. I rather be prepared and if the price is right why not take advantage of it. Talking to my girlfriends and searching the web. I found this lil spot. Did some research and found this loose diamond I wanted.. It would be a perfect upgrade to my grandmothers aka Lola s ring. Even though a half carat cushion cut diamond.. this was it.. I had to have to.. Called to see if it was still available and YES ..GOALLLLLL!!!! I scored.. came in to look at the clarity and it was perfect.. Too bad I wasn t getting married. but I am ok with that. I love it.. Coming back for more if and when Mr. Right knocks on my door.. thank you YES.. my kid was excited about it too. .=)Read More

I purchased diamond the center stone for my fiance's engagement ring setting from Diamond Mansion and I couldn't be happier with the quality of the stone, or the level of customer service I received from Dino. The stone I ordered was exactly as advertised and is absolutely STUNNING! Upon receipt, I had it appraised by a local jeweler and it was valued at ~$1,200 above the purchase price. Dino was great with his communication, keeping me updated on the status of the ring shipment and even working with me on the timing of the shipment to ensure I would be home from vacation to accept the delivery. You may shop with confidence at Diamond Mansion! Highly recommended.Read More

Cannot say enough good things about Diamond Mansion. We love the eternity band we bought for our wedding. Absolutely beautiful. The price point was perfect and Dino was so patient with us. Very nervous about buying a ring online that we didn't get to see in person, and having it shipped across the country, but Dino answer our calls with patience and was very understanding and friendly. Diamond Mansion will stay our jeweler for future purchases!!Read More

I purchased the 1.68ct. Natural Diamond Round cut Natural Halo U-Prong Pave Diamond Engagement Ring From the diamond mansion website. At 1st I was very reluctant because that was a lot of money to spend online. However, Dino not only turned out to be an amazing jeweler. But he provided personalized customer service every step of the way. And what was delivered, was the most beautiful piece of jewelry I've ever seen in my life. Great experience! Buying diamond jewelry online can seem intimidating but I can recommend Diamond Mansion without reservation. Due to my (stupid) desire to keep the custom made ring a surprise I inadvertently sent the incorrect size. Without any fuss, Dino took the ring back and redid it for the correct size. The ring is beautiful and the customer service was more than excellent. Thanks again for making me an anniversary hero!Read More

I had a large loose ruby set by Diamond Mansion in a gorgeous diamond halo setting. It's beautiful and I could not have wished for a better ring! Thanks!Read More

Thank you so much for making my ring a reality! I came across this store online and loved there ring collection so thought to go check them out. You see what happened was that my fiancee surprised me with a beautiful ring, but unfortunately it was too big on my finger. The design was such that if it was sized it would jeopardize the placement of the stones. I was extremely upset since the jeweler he purchased it from would not work with us. When I made an appt. with Omid and came in to explain what had happened he totally worked with us each step of the way. His jewelers made me the exact ring I wanted from scratch. He communicated with me to give me updates each step of the way while my ring was being created. He even gave me a small gift as the ring due to its detailed design took longer to create then expected (perfection takes time so I understood completely) . Omid is awesome and I recommend them to anyone shopping for a ring. I continue to get so many compliments on this beautiful piece ! I will be referring you guys for years to come, keep up the great work and keep making people smile : )Read More

Bought engagement ring online...a bit scary with such a large purchase. Dino's communication was excellent, kept me informed along the way re: progress of making the ring. All paperwork in order, GIA certification, appraisal report etc. I could not be happier with my purchase and the entire transaction process (I live in fla, and they are in CA)....would buy from then again.Read More

I recently purchased an engagement ring and wedding band for my fiance in October from Diamond Mansion. To be completely honest, I was incredibly nervous about spending that kind of money on a ring from a company I had never heard of in a state that I had never been to. My experience with Diamond Mansion far exceeded any expectations that I could have set. Dino's communication was excellent and the ring is absolutely beautiful. I could not have asked for better quality and the price was better than any other jeweler I have found. If you are considering purchasing from Diamond Mansion but are weary of spending the money, take my review into consideration. I will definitely use Diamond Mansion again in the future and would recommend them to anybody.Read More

Dino was great to work with! My ring is beautiful!Read More

My fiancé bought my engagement ring and wedding band separately from Dino from diamond mansion. We initially found them from eBay and I’m so glad we did. The price we paid for both rings was a fraction of what we would’ve paid at our local fancy jewelers. We went in to our local jewelers after getting our engagement ring and they appraised it for 2.5x how much we paid for it. I’ve been in 2 more times to get it cleaned and the staff there have asked each time if I bought it from there after saying it’s very beautiful and shiny. My ring has a cushion cut center diamond that is GIA certified and that was also confirmed when I took it in to the jewelers. Dino answered so many questions for us over the span of at least 6 months and was very knowledgeable. He worked within my budget to get what I wanted and I’m very happy. Very trustworthy business I’d buy again.Read More

The Diamond Mansion was recommended to me. Thankfully I was more than impressed. Dino and his team did a great job making a ring from scratch. My fiancé showed me a couple rings she liked from Cartier and Tiffany. He designed a ring that combined the best parts of both. We found an amazing GIA stone and the finished product blew me away. More importantly it blew her away. And even more importantly her friends and family are in awe. She got the stone she wanted, the halo she wanted, and the pavé to exact specifications. You can find the ring on their you tube page. Thank you so much Dino and Diamond Mansion team!Read More

I had a great experience with Diamond Mansion! Dino is awesome and so accommodating. Would definitely do business with Diamond Mansion again in the future and will be using them for any diamond repairs, upgrades, etc. Thanks for the excellent customer service and my beautiful ring!Read More

Fantastic service, great communication, beautiful ring. Ordering an expensive diamond ring online was uncharted waters, to say the least. I’ve never bought anything this expensive without “trying it on”, first. We knew nothing about Diamond Mansion, but the reviews gave us confidence. The eternity band from Diamond Mansion was far less and more beautiful (at least in pics) than others we’d seen online. So we went for it, and we couldn’t be more pleased. Dino responded quickly to all my questions, and my wife adores her ring. First Class service all the way through. Thank you Dino for making this anniversary so special!Read More
