I have nothing but great things to say about my experience purchasing an engagement ring from this place. I found the ring/Diamond Mansion from Rare Carat. I was iffy for awhile about such a big purchase without actually seeing the end product (they’re in CA, I’m in IL). I decided to go for it, and from the get-go, Dino’s customer service was fantastic. He communicated easily and worked with me. As I waited for them to do their thing getting my ring put together and cleaned up, I started to feel buyers remorse (I do this with every big purchase I make). I wanted to upgrade the setting for my wife's engagement ring. I did a google search and diamond mansion came up as the best reviewed and recommended. I just am seriously so happy I found this place. I was very nervous to take my wife's stone and leave it somewhere and not only did they make me super comfortable, but they gave the best service overall. Dino is fantastic. I am in Las Vegas and found them online. I sent over exact specs on thw ring I a amped him to build for my wife, and a couple of weeks later it arrived. It was perfect and they are amazing to work with. I highly recommend using them and even if you out of state, I encourage you to use them.
