After searching Yelp for a place to buy an engagement ring I saw all the great reviews of Diamond Mansion. As I live in DTLA there are literally hundreds, if not thousands, of places to choose from. I contacted Dino and we spent almost 2 months searching for the exact stone I wanted. I picked out a beautiful designer setting and they took care of the rest. I can't express how professional both Omit and Dino have been throughout the entire process and my wife is ecstatic about her ring! Dino has excellent follow up and took great care in helping me find exactly what I wanted for her ring and sent me numerous ideas and choices. My fiance (now my wife) also bought MY wedding band from them. These guys are exactly who you want to deal with when you are spending a good amount on a ring that is so special and you want truly personalized service. I recommend Dino at Diamond Mansion highly and will continue to give them my business in the future. I chose the price range of "pricey" only because this was not an inexpensive purchase and would say they will fit your budget no matter how great or small. They're the Best!Read More

Diamond Mansion custom-made a beautiful engagement ring for me at a great price and on a short notice. They did a great job interpreting my design ideas to make a beautiful setting. They also sold me the nicest diamond for my budget instead of trying to up-sell me. Diamond Mansion gave me excellent craftsmanship and customer service.Read More

By far, the best jewelry buying experience I have ever had. Dino and his team created the exact ring my wife was looking for and the end-result was breathtaking. Dino also proactively checked-in with me every step of the way and went above and beyond to ensure I had the ring by Christmas. I will never go to another jeweler again. I'm customer for life.Read More

I had a ring made for my wife as a Christmas gift. We did everything remotely, which made me a tad nervous. I'm happy to say that everything was delivered as promised and I wouldn't hesitate to order from Diamond Mansion in the future. They do great work and communicated with me every step of the process.Read More

Cannot say enough good things about Diamond Mansion. We love the eternity band we bought for our wedding. Absolutely beautiful. The price point was perfect and Dino was so patient with us. Very nervous about buying a ring online that we didn't get to see in person, and having it shipped across the country, but Dino answer our calls with patience and was very understanding and friendly. Diamond Mansion will stay our jeweler for future purchases!!Read More

Dino showed true care every step of the way - from ring construction to overnight shipping. Every question I had was answered promptly and every promise given was fulfilled. The ring was everything I had paid for, and the customer service was priceless.Read More

It was our 10th year anniversary, we live in Florida and my husband was looking for a jeweler to design a three stone yellow diamond ring. We selected Diamond Mansion for their excellent ratings and ease of online selection. Dino was awesome to work with - though we were particular, through the process Dino continued to provide design and stone options until we were satisfied. The ring is absolutely spectacular! Thank you, Dino.Read More

This is so gorgeous, I am almost considering upgrading now that I know the beauty of this ring!!! The sparkle is too DIE FOR. I will post a pic once I decide if I am getting a little bigger ring.Read More

Most unbelievable price and quality I have found. I am very big into Jewlery and very specific with who I trust and who I'm willing to work with. I was able to order custom bracelets from them and received exactly what I wanted and a price that was lower than anywhere else I got quoted. In addition to the product itself being excellent, the service was unbelievable. I am looking forward to sending family and friends here as I was just so impressed with everything from A to Z.Read More

Dino is fantastic. I am in Las Vegas and found them online. I sent over exact specs on thw ring I a amped him to build for my wife, and a couple of weeks later it arrived. It was perfect and they are amazing to work with. I highly recommend using them and even if you out of state, I encourage you to use them. They designed and built a custom 11.5ct eternity band ring that is simply amazing. I never set foot in CA for the entire process. Can't say enough positive about Dino and his team.Read More

With a proposal being a significant investment, I wanted to make sure I was getting exactly what I wanted and I wanted to know that the quality was top notch. After spending countless hours researching jewelers and spending time in brick-and-mortar stores, I was told about Diamond Mansion from a friend. Their selection is excellent and I have found their service to be just as impressive. With what I'm sure was over 50 back and forth e-mails, Dino at Diamond Mansion was always timely in responding and always made it a point to educate as opposed to pushing a sale.Upon receiving my engagement ring and wedding band, I was absolutely thrilled with the purchase and its quality. For someone like myself who spends a lot of time on the web for their job, I was also impressed with Diamond Mansion's website and the "Learn" section, very informative. As someone who does not leave reviews often, let alone 5-star ones, believe me when I say that the service and quality of the product will be 100% what you desire. Thank you to Dino and the rest of the Diamond Mansion staff on helping me with a significant investment and being thrilled with what I received.Read More

I stumbled upon Dino’s site when looking for an emerald cut diamond eternity band ring. I reached out to Dino via email as I wanted to inquire about customizing a ring I saw on his site. Dino was an absolute pleasure to work with. I was very clear about what type of diamonds I wanted used in my ring and Dino assured me he would get only the best of the best. He even located all GIA certified diamonds as that was another request of mine. He completed the ring and had it shipped out to me to the exact day that he had told me it would take to get the ring done. To say I am happy with this ring would be an understatement. Dino is a man of integrity and honesty and I will absolutely be back to purchase more jewelry from him in the future. His pricing is very fare. I assure you that you are in the best of hands at Diamond Mansion.Read More

This was my first time purchasing a diamond on-line and I couldn't be happier with the quality of the stone, or the level of customer service I received from Diamond Mansion. The stone I ordered was exactly as advertised and is absolutely STUNNING! Upon receipt, I had it appraised by a local jeweler and it was valued at ~$1,200 above the purchase price. Dino was great with his communication, keeping me updated on the status of the ring shipment and even working with me on the timing of the shipment to ensure I would be home from vacation to accept the delivery. You may shop with confidence at Diamond Mansion! Highly recommended.Read More

Dino and the team at Diamond Mansion put together the perfect engagement ring. The whole process was low pressure and very easy. They knew exactly what I was trying to do, and they executed it perfectly. If I had known the whole process could be this easy, I would have come into it with much less apprehension. My fiance looked at the ring and thought it was a joke...it was "too perfect." I think that's the best review I could leave. Highly recommended.Read More

I was very nervous to make a purchase of this amount online. After months of research I chose the Diamond Mansion. I did so because of their fantastic reviews, BBB rating, GIA certified stones and price.I had many questions about the ring and the process. All of them were answered patiently and perfectly by Dino. I had specific qualities I was looking for in a stone. Dino went out and found exactly what I wanted and created the engagement ring. The Diamond Mansion was recommended to me. Thankfully I was more than impressed. Dino and his team did a great job making a ring from scratch. My fiancé showed me a couple rings she liked from Cartier and Tiffany. He designed a ring that combined the best parts of both. We found an amazing GIA stone and the finished product blew me away. More importantly it blew her away. And even more importantly her friends and family are in awe. She got the stone she wanted, the halo she wanted, and the pavé to exact specifications. You can find the ring on their you tube page. Thank you so much Dino and Diamond Mansion team!Read More

I was referred to Dino at Diamond Mansion from a good friend of mine. They were absolutely satisfied with their rings and process. After reaching out to Dino, we quickly got started. He walked me through the process, informed me more about the diamonds and options available, and we got started. I'm happy to say I received my ring right in time for my scheduled proposal date. Everything worked out perfectly, and my finance is very well pleased!! Highly recommended!Read More

Having recently moved to the West Coast from Pennsylvania, I was at a loss as to where I should turn for quality, handcrafted diamond jewelry. All of my diamond purchases had been transacted in person in the Diamond District in NYC down on 47th Street and in the World Diamond Tower at 580 5th Avenue. I had always gotten exactly what I wanted and had negotiated a fair price each time. When my wife and I moved to Las Vegas I was shocked at the prices and inflexibility of the merchants, with my experience in purchasing diamonds there was no way I was going to buy anything here. After many hours of research I decided to give Diamond Mansion a try. Their reputation, craftsmanship, professionalism, and 30 day satisfaction guarantee persuaded me to place a custom order online (yes - online!). Not only did Dino handle my requests personally, he delivered a stunning piece exactly as specified within a very tight timeframe. They have won my business for life.Read More

Great time working with Dino. Got me a huge rock and saved multiple thousands of dollars. Shipped 1 day to Arkansas. Found them on ebay. Great experience.Read More

Last thing I have time for is leaving reviews. I am compelled to do so this time around.Dino communicates every step of your project; I say project because I asked for a design over the internet, not in person. It’s hard to spend money without optics, but my goodness this gentlemen was crisp fast and clean informative. The jewelry? Next question. It’s beautiful and exactly what I asked for. The wife? Yup, we are good. Thanks DM and thanks Dino. Till next time…Read More
